This article examines the results of the VI All-Russian Demographic Forum with international participation (December 2025), held with the support of the Scientific Council of the Russian Academy of Sciences Demographic Development and Demographic Policy of the Russian Federation. It outlines the role of the Scientific Council of the Russian Academy of Sciences in implementing priority areas of state demographic policy aimed at supporting families, fertility, and self-preservation behavior. Abstracts of plenary reports by RAS members are presented, highlighting the social factors in reproductive behavior, the nature of scenario modeling of long-term demographic processes in Russia, and the specifics of corporate programs for mens health and active longevity.
