Provisional patent: This paper proposes an integrated systems architecture for mobile ocean-based data centers thatcombines seawater cooling, onboard plastic waste harvesting with pyrolysis conversion tosupplemental marine fuel, hybrid solar-generator power systems, and a future pathway towardseawater lithium extraction. Each subsystem component draws on validated technology with existingcommercial or pilot-stage precedent. The novel contribution is the integration of these subsystemsinto a single mobile platform that simultaneously provides high-efficiency AI compute capacity, generates supplemental fuel from environmental waste, and performs ocean plastic remediation as acontinuous operational byproduct. We present preliminary energy balance estimates, identify keyengineering constraints, and propose a phased deployment roadmap. The architecture is positioned asa response to the converging pressures of AI infrastructure scaling, freshwater scarcity, coastal landconstraints, and ocean pollution, offering a multi-revenue platform that aligns commercial computedemand with environmental remediation.
