Through this project's use of a modified Delphi methodology, a standardized and reproducible process was successfully developed for the identification of health indicators for a health equity scorecard to evaluate clinic-based pharmacists' impact on closing health equity gaps. This process has the potential to fill a significant gap in the literature, and the future health equity scorecard will further demonstrate the value of pharmacists in the pursuit of health equity.
