This paper resolves the Energy-Gap Paradox in N12clusters using the CL5D hybrid model. We demonstrate a Cavity-Mediated Collective Resonance where400 phase-locked harmonic-progression (HP) regionsachieve a collective gain G ≈ 5 × 1014 at 1.0 Hz, bridging the covalent bond threshold (Ebond/Ephoton). A 25-second Phase III Singularity window reveals an 88.3%depletion of the local gravitational metric (Gef f ), consistent with momentum leakage into the 5D bulk. Weidentify the domain boundaries — not violations — ofNewton’s Third Law and the Second Law of Thermodynamics that emerge at Phase III. This work serves asthe essential precursor to the Brane-to-Bulk transitionwill be explored in Paper 17.
