Phase 4 of the Artosphere program. We derive the Z boson mass MZ from the Cl(6) framework with zero free parameters. Three levels of precision:(1) Tree-level: MZ = 91.808 GeV (Δ=0.68%) from vEW = MPl/φ719/9 and sin2θW = 3/(8φ).(2) 1-loop RG: MZ = 91.076 GeV (Δ=0.12%) with boundary condition g2 = φ2/4 at Λ = MPl/φ80 = 233 GeV, where 80 = dim(adj SU(9))−1.(3) RG + oblique: MZ = 91.025 GeV (Δ=0.18%). The HArt spectrum: Numerical solution (4000-point grid) gives 30 eigenvalues with En ~ 25.84·n2. Harmonic frequency ω = φ3/2 (exact). Analytical Whittaker solution achieves 10−7 precision. Universal scaling En ~ n2π2φ2 from domain length 1/φ. MZ is not a free parameter — it is the gauge-spectral eigenvalue of the Artosphere Hamiltonian HArt = DF2 on Cl(6).
