SDD-001 Core is the primary system design document governing all architectural, schema, pipeline, and operational decisions for the Automated USA County Publication System. It is the authoritative reference for developers, AI code generators, and operators. This document is intentionally developer-friendly. Detailed specifications are planned for companion documents: ETL documents in EPM-001, AI step specifications in AIS-001, metrics routing in AMS-001, operator runbooks in ORG-001, change tickets in IPR-001, and standing instructions in SID-001. This project is intended to push the boundaries of AI and human collaborative efforts. The content is mostly generated by AI from prompts sourced by the human author. The AI outputs are typically checked by multiple AI agents prior to human review. It is hoped the multiple stages of checking results in error rate reduction, by applying 10% error rate the four stage (AI + human) is hoped to achieve up to 99.99% accuracy rate. AI is to be used to manage the document production process as well.
