The article is devoted to the study of human-centered management as a key factor in the effectiveness of organizations in the context of modern technological and social changes. The author analyzes the methods and technologies of personnel management, emphasizing the importance of motivation, empowerment of employees, as well as consideration of their values and needs. The principles of a human-centered approach are considered, including psychological and structural empowerment, work-life balance, and the role of leadership. Special attention is paid to the practices of supporting the families and health of employees. Based on international experience and research data, it is concluded that human-centered management contributes to the sustainable development of organizations and increases their competitiveness.
