This paper proposes a new mathematical and biological framework using the CL5DHybrid Model to overcome malignancy and achieve Phase IV transition (mathematically defined restoration of ξ = 0.28) in cancer cells. We identify ξ ≈ 0.28 as auniversal constant for system equilibrium, evidenced across three scales. (i) Geophysical evidence: Analysis of Earth’s D′′ layer and Asthenosphere seismic data (PREM +SEISGLOB1, Paper 7) shows that large-scale natural systems maintain ξgeo = 0.2804automatically. The predicted ∆gD′′ = 54.4 mm/s2falls within the observed rangeof 45–58 mm/s2(Paper 7, Table 5), constituting the first geophysical observationalproxy for scale-invariant ξ. (ii) Cancer cell line evidence: In metastatic cell lines withTP53 Loss-of-Function (NIHOVCAR3), the system is trapped in a Gamma-Lock state(ΓP ≈ 2.43, ξ = 0.024), preventing spontaneous Phase IV transition (τrecovery → ∞).(iii) Molecular evidence: The energy released by the N12 nitrogen cage (191× thesp3 →sp2 barrier) provides sufficient Wq tunneling energy to bypass the mutated TP53gate. A Tri-Hybrid Protocol (Drug X + 1.5 Hz piezoelectric shock + N12 energy) ispresented. Mathematical proof shows that only the combination of all three agentsachieves T = 1.000, breaking the malignant lock and restoring ξ = 0.2828.
