This paper proposes the micro-matter theory to construct a concise unified framework for interpreting the universe. It holds that the basic components of the universe are micro-matter, the smallest energy unit, and 01 code sequencing that governs its arrangement and motion. All interactions in the world are essentially effects caused by differences in the vibration direction of micro-matter. Material structures, gene sequences and consciousness are uniformly determined by code sequencing. This paper aims to indicate a simpler research approach: focusing on the motion laws of micro-matter in force research and directly targeting the essence of code sequences in consciousness research, so as to provide a unified way of understanding the origin of the universe.
