Abstract:Hospital medical records serve as the core documentation of medical activities, and the standardization level of their management process directly affects the quality of medical services, the depth of research and teaching,as well as the harmony of doctor-patient relationships. Based on the actual needs of modern hospital management, this paper deeply analyzes the prominent problems existing in the current medical record management process, such as the lag in standardization construction, insufficient application of informatization, imbalance in personnel allocation, and ineffective implementation of systems. To address these issues, this paper proposes a set of systematic improvement strategies from multiple dimensions including process optimization, technological innovation, personnel training, and system improvement. The aim is to provide solid theoretical support for enhancing the scientificity, standardization, and efficiency of medical record management, and effectively promote hospitals to achieve refined management and high-quality development goals.
