Abstract:This study posits that high school sports clubs, through scientific training and diverse activities, can help strengthen students' physical fitness and lay a foundation for health, enhance their skills and promote competitive growth, as well as shape self-discipline and temper willpower. Simultaneously, these clubs can also facilitate the expansion of students' social interactions and cultural integration. To realize these values, the study suggests that strategies such as "strengthening school support and resource guarantees for sports clubs, establishing curriculum diversity and enhancing teacher development, improving competition systems and incentive mechanisms, promoting school-enterprise cooperation and community linkages, as well as implementing assessment, feedback, and continuous improvement" hold significant value for wider adoption. It is believed that these strategies can collectively form a developmental framework for high school sports clubs that fosters the enhancement of students' comprehensive qualities.
