This paper presents the Existential Jump Domain as the highest-order conceptual tier in the Dualbind theoretical system, and is published as a paired Japanese–English edition. Its central subjects are Axiom 0 (Existence ≡ Self-Observation), the Existential Jump Domain, the Observation Principle, and the Observation Loop. These are positioned as theoretical conditions that precede information, structure, geometry, and physical description. Rather than introducing a new physical model or a completed mathematical formalism, this paper fixes the highest-order conditions under which the existing body of papers holds, and re-situates them within the hierarchical relations among existence, observation, information, structure, and physical description.
