The watching brief was conducted during a ground disturbance after an existing bungalow had been demolished. The watching brief concentrated on the excavation of foundation trenches for an extension and new service runs, outside of the existing footprint of the demolished building. The area observed during the watching brief provided no evidence of any archaeological resources. With the exception of the modern building and services occupying the site, the area was entirely natural ground.
