This paper proposes a unified theoretical framework for intergalactic travel within a single human lifetime, combining matter-antimatter propulsion, Penrose Process energy extraction from a rotating black hole, and a novel hybrid synthesis of Harold White's warp drive optimization methodology with Erik Lentz's positive-energy soliton geometry, herein referred to as the White-Lentz Hybrid. The framework is constructed upon the foundational Alcubierre metric introduces several original theoretical contributions including the tunable hybrid warp bubble, two operational mode governed by a critical energy threshold transition mechanism, and a bubble velocity control mechanism driven by Penrose energy extraction rate. A complete three-staged mission architecture to the Andromeda Galaxy is presented, with a total onboard mission duration of approximately 12.7 years. All original contributions are explicitly identified as theoretical hypotheses requiring future mathematical verification.
