In today’s competitive business world, retaining employees has become a major challenge for organizations. This study focuses on how human resource practices such as recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation, and employee engagement help in keeping employees satisfied and committed. The research is based on data collected through questionnaires from employees. The findings show that when employees feel valued, supported, and fairly treated, they are more likely to stay with the organization. The study highlights the importance of adopting effective HR practices to reduce employee turnover and ensure long-term organizational success.
