The Ratification-Induced Inertial Anomaly (RIIA) — colloquially called the "Zeno-Gravity Effect" — is a falsifiable physics postulate derived from the Helix-TTD constitutional framework and the paper "The Ontological Priority of Shape". We propose that continuous high-frequency custodial measurement (ratification) of a macroscopic quantum system, via the Quantum Zeno effect, suppresses the natural expansion of quantum entanglement (off-diagonal terms). This suppression reduces the informational stress-energy tensor \ (T^info_\), thereby locally altering spacetime curvature and the effective gravitational mass of the system. **Prediction: ** A continuously ratified Bose-Einstein condensate will exhibit a measurably different free-fall acceleration compared to an identical but unobserved control system, with the difference given by \ (g₀ ₁ (S₄₄) \), where \ (S₄₄\) is the change in entanglement entropy. This work formalizes the idea that the Observer/Custodian is not a passive witness but an active mechanical participant in the maintenance of physical reality. If confirmed, it provides direct experimental evidence linking the 300 Hz Master Reset of the Macroscopic Topological-Temporal Condensate to observable gravitational physics.
