This work proposes a causal-structure framework based on realizability. Instead of taking time, geometry, or probability as primary, it begins with the question of which states can be realized. A realization ratio ε is introduced, leading to a structural evolution equation. The framework explains nonlinear accumulation, spacetime emergence, and cosmological acceleration. Preliminary validations suggest internal consistency. Further observational verification is required.
