This paper proposes a novel engineering breakthrough to surmount the barriers of General Relativity—a challenge that has remained unconquered for over 110 years. While the Alcubierre Drive (1994) introduced the concept of "warp drive," it has remained at a theoretical standstill due to the requirement for unattainable amounts of negative energy. This research presents a paradigm shift: instead of forcibly warping spacetime geometry, we neutralize the "Spacetime Stiffness" (8π) through advanced Phase Control. By integrating an 1,800-thousand kW class fusion power plant into a 1,240-meter, 7.2-million-ton vessel, we establish a theoretical framework for "Dimensional Subsurface Navigation." This method induces a transition to a dimensional superconductivity state, effectively liberating humanity from gravitational adhesion.
