In this study, poly-3-amino-4-methoxybenzoic acid-gelatin (PAMB-G) is integrated with methacrylated silk fibroin (SilMA) to develop an antioxidative stress and conductive polymer (SMPG) for Nerve guidance conduits (NGC) fabrication. This innovative material demonstrates excellent capabilities in microenvironmental remodeling and multicellular coordination by alleviating macrophage oxidative stress and modulating the interaction mechanisms between Schwann cells and neurons, thereby effectively promoting myelination and functional recovery. Moreover, compared with conventional 3D printing, SMPG enables digital light processing (DLP) 3D printing without requiring photoabsorber agents, further simplifying the printing process. This work presents a composite material system with microenvironment-adaptive properties and proposes a bioink design strategy for neural tissue engineering. This bioink system exhibits promising translational potential for nerve regeneration applications owing to its integrated structural and biochemical advantages.
