Based on the 9-Keel unified pathological theory and the four-dimensional acute disease universal imbalance index D(t) formula, this paper constructs a quantitative judgment model for sepsis acute homeostasis imbalance. By adjusting the dynamic weight coefficient of the D(t) formula, it highlights the dominant role of arterial blood pH in sepsis progression, realizes the quantitative evaluation of sepsis compensation and decompensation stage, and gives the critical threshold of systemic failure combined with clinical death case backtesting. The model does not rely on pathogen detection, and can quickly assess the critical state of the disease using only routine vital signs, which improves the timeliness of acute critical illness evaluation. This paper strictly abides by the theoretical research boundary, and all models are for theoretical analysis only and require clinical validation before practical application.
