Based on the 9-Keel unified pathological theory and the core concept of micro-environmental homeostasis, this paper conducts a theoretical study on dengue fever, focusing on the correlation between host internal micro-environmental deviation and disease progression. This work proposes the 0.5℃ conceptual threshold of micro-environmental imbalance and the D-R balance framework, analyzing how slight deviations in the internal micro-environment may create conditions favorable to viral replication. Combined with personal severe dengue experience and case observations, this study explores the theoretical basis of non-pharmacological self-regulation strategies such as hydration and sleep regulation. This is a pure theoretical extension of the 9-Keel system; all conclusions are for academic discussion only and require practical validation before application.
