Abstract

This repository explores a striking idea: can a single nonlinear operator reshape how we represent mathematics? We implement a restricted exp–log symbolic transformation system based on the EML operator: eml(x, y) = exp(x) − log(y) Rather than chasing theoretical universality, this project investigates what actually happens when such a representation is forced into a real-world setting. The result is a domain-aware system that exposes structural trade-offs—between uniformity and complexity, expressiveness and constraint.
