In this study, four different Al/B 4 C/Ni(K)Gr metal matrix composite (MMC) materials were produced by using the hot pressing technique by adding 8% by weight B 4 C reinforcement element and different ratios (0, 3, 5 and 7%) Ni(K)Gr reinforcement element into the aluminum alloy whose matrix element is Alumix 13. Wear tests of the produced metal matrix composites were carried out under four loads (10, 20, 30, and 40N) at a sliding speed of 0.8 m/s and a sliding distance of 1200 m. The study concluded that the MMC material number exhibited the minimal wear loss. The MMC material called K1, containing 8% B 4 C, showed the lowest wear loss at a sliding distance of 300 m under a load of 10 N, while the material K 4 , containing 8% B 4 C + 7% Ni(K)Gr, showed the highest wear loss at a sliding distance of 1200 m under a load of 40 N. When the ANOVA results were examined, it was found that sliding distance had the most significant effect on wear loss in MMC materials, accounting for 52.34%.
