Abstract

A live audit of the substrate-framework's quantitative predictions across particle, gravitational, and cosmological observables. Each predicted value is paired with the current best measurement and the deviation, anchored on three independent reading paths (CODATA mₑ, CODATA mₘu, framework Higgs vev approx 246. 21965 GeV). All values computed at mp. prec = 500. Status flags: dagger tension, double-dagger open prediction, dagger-dagger regime-tension. As of 2026-05-05, no entry is in falsifying tension with observation; three entries (rhoLambda, H₀ tension magnitude, TOV bound) are flagged double-dagger pending closure of upstream prediction work; 38 observables are auto-flagged blue (estimate-pending) ; 14 half-integer-slot dark-mode candidates are auto-flagged violet (mass predicted but slot occupancy unresolved).
