Z* — Pre-Registration: Cosmopoulous Cosmological Model (Structural). This pre-registration locks the cosmopoulous-as-black-hole-interior structural model as a set of conjectures (per feedbackₜheoremconjectureₛeparation. md): the observable universe is conjectured to be treatable as the interior of a black hole, with structural consequences (a) pull-not-push, (b) horizon-growth, (c) light bent at horizons, (d) substrate-routed light, (e) mirror-counter-rotation at edge. The EB carrier-set theorem (RSOS-260797 r4) and N/U algebra are invoked as substrate-level formal results that motivate the conjectures; the formal results stand independently of Z* and Z*'s outcomes do not determine them. Quantitative thresholds are deferred to per-observable child Z** preregistrations to be locked when each prediction is computed but BEFORE that prediction's data is queried. Six canonical termination criteria K0-Z* through K5-Z* defined; bidirectional cross-protocol cascade with Z0–Z3 (Z* null does not halt Z0–Z3; carrier-set theorem rejection halts Z*).
