Based on the three-dimensional framework of PFUS 11-dimensional double-cone, this paper systematically sorts out the hierarchical arrangement rules of primitive source nodes. Combined with the core mathematics of fifty-five Heavenly-Earth Numbers and forty-nine Dayan Numbers, it clarifies the practical function of prime nodes in the generation of cosmic structure, and breaks the cognitive barriers formed by human beings sticking to basic dimensions. Following the natural generation order of the universe, starting from two-sided fractal, constructing three-dimensional basic skeleton, explaining the formation mechanism of four-dimensional closed loop, extending to high-dimensional multi-compound fractal structure, this paper deduces the arrangement order of primitive sources step by step. It is finally proved that the complete arrangement rules of PFUS double-cone are completely homologous and consistent with the innate orientation and acquired circulation laws of ancient Hetu and Luoshu. Adhering to the original intention and breaking away from the shackles of secular criticism, the research actively returns to the root of Chinese traditional culture and completes the final closed loop of the system.
