A professional course like Master of Commerce (M. Com) is incomplete withoutpractical exposure to real-world business situations. Theoretical knowledge gainedin the classroom needs to be supplemented with practical application to develop acomprehensive understanding of business and management concepts. The researchproject serves as a vital component in bridging the gap between theory and practice. The present study, titled “Customer Satisfaction towards Himalaya Products”, hasbeen undertaken to analysed the level of satisfaction among consumers and tounderstand their preferences, expectations, and perception towards the productsoffered by the company. The study focuses on identifying key factors influencingcustomer satisfaction and evaluating the effectiveness of the company’s products inmeeting consumer needs. This project has provided an opportunity to apply theoretical concepts of marketingand consumer behaviour in a practical context. It has also enhanced my analytical, research, and problem-solving skills through data collection, interpretation, andanalysis. The findings of the study are based on primary and secondary data collected fromreliable sources. Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy and authenticity ofthe information presented in this report. This project has been a valuable learning experience and has contributed significantlyto my academic and professional development.
