OPERAS- PL is a Polish National node for the OPERAS Research Infrastructure. It aims to advance sustainable and equitable scholarly communication through four interconnected areas. 1. Infrastructure for Scholarly Communication. OPERAS-PL develops automated workflows for metadata management and publishing, using tools such as Thoth, Selenium‑based scripts, and Open Monograph Press. The new standards and workflows will support innovative publication formats, including digital monographs and critical digital editions, while promoting diamond open access and multilingual publishing. Complementary training programs build capacity among researchers, editors, librarians, and institutional leaders. 2. Research Assessment. In line with the San Francisco Declaration on Research Assessment and CoARA principles, OPERAS‑PL develops SSH-specific evaluation frameworks that move beyond narrow bibliometrics to recognise monographs, multilingual scholarship, and novel scholarly outputs, encouraging innovation and inclusivity and contributing to transparent, scholar-driven quality assurance models. 3. Innovation Management. The consortium will closely collaborate with the OPERAS Innovation Lab, which will be hosted by the Poznań Supercomputing and Networking Centre (PCSS). These efforts support community-driven innovation, bringing together academic, infrastructural, and industry stakeholders to co-create solutions tailored to the needs of SSH research and scholarly communication. 4. Integration with EOSC. Polish SSH infrastructures and outputs will be connected to the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) via services such as GoTriple, PRISM, and Pathfinder, enhancing international visibility, discoverability, and reuse. The poster presents the node's partners, mission and activities.
