Environmental certification of enterprises in the HoReCa sector increasingly relies not only on the actual implementation of resource-saving and environmental protection measures, but also on the enterprise’s ability to documentarily confirm compliance with environmental criteria. For a hotel and restaurant enterprise, such evidence may include indicators of energy and water consumption, waste accounting logs, supplier certificates, procurement records, internal policies, audit results, photographic documentation of environmental practices, reports on the implementation of sustainability programs, and other supporting materials. Under conditions of digitalized management in hospitality enterprises, there is a growing need to develop a digital dossier of environmental certification–a structured electronic set of documents, indicators, and evidence that ensures the transparency of the certification procedure while simultaneously requiring appropriate cybersecurity protection. This approach is particularly relevant for small and medium-sized businesses, where documentation is often stored fragmentarily, without unified procedures for access, updating, and backup. Purpose of the Study The purpose of this study is to substantiate the essence and functional role of the digital dossier of environmental certification for a HoReCa enterprise as a tool for ensuring transparency, manageability, and protection of certification-related data. Main Results Within the proposed organizational and informational model of cybersecure environmental certification, the digital dossier serves as a central information node that integrates the environmental, informational, cybersecurity, and managerial components of the certification process. The logic of the model is that the environmental compliance of an enterprise must be supported by information, the corresponding materials must be protected, and the overall process must be secured through internal procedures and clearly assigned responsibilities.
