This work presents the SDEL Theory (Singularity–Dynamic–Energy–Law) as a unified framework for understanding reality across physical, biological, psychological, and societal domains. At its foundation lies the concept of Existential Energy, expressed through three fundamental modes: Dynamic Energy (Eᴅ), Information Energy (Eᵢ), and Bliss Energy (Eʙ). These energies interact continuously across scales, generating emergent structures—from particles and space-time to consciousness, ethical systems, law, religion, and global economics. The theory proposes that all systems operate through structured energy interactions governed by scale-relative laws. Physical processes reflect Dynamic energy fluctuations; informational structures encode interaction rules; and systemic coherence manifests as Bliss energy, representing harmony and optimisation within and across scales. Evolution occurs not randomly but when interaction thresholds create suitable conditions for structural transformation. By engaging classical physics, cosmology, and systems science alongside major philosophical, ethical, and religious traditions, SDEL demonstrates deep structural parallels between scientific and spiritual worldviews. Concepts such as Brahman, dependent origination, divine order, virtue, justice, and collective well-being are interpreted as symbolic or normative expressions of underlying energy interaction principles. The framework extends into law and governance, viewing legal systems as information-regulated energy networks that stabilise social coherence. Economic systems are reinterpreted as dynamic allocation structures in which production, trade, and resource distribution influence systemic Bliss energy. Inequality, institutional breakdown, and social conflict are analyzed as disruptions in energy alignment. SDEL thus offers an integrative paradigm that bridges science, philosophy, religion, ethics, law, and economics under a single ontological principle: reality is a dynamic, information-structured, coherence-seeking process unfolding across scales. By unifying cosmology with human systems, the theory aspires to provide both explanatory depth and predictive potential for future scientific inquiry and societal design.
