Description This planning document establishes a staged roadmap toward an eventual mathematical foundations paper for the SymbioMind General Theory of Regulated Stability (GTRS). The destination paper (SIP-PHY-MATH-01) would deliver a formal definition of the GTRS state space, a formal definition of the CDR regime states C, D, R as mathematical objects, a formal definition of the transitions between them, a derivation of the GTRS conservation and regulation laws from a small axiom set, a formal statement of the non-identity lineage condition for recoherence, a formal statement of the Klein-surface-like topological structure, and the registered foundational forks stated as theorems or as well-posed open problems. The plan exists to protect the foundational paper from premature writing. The corpus currently has rich vocabulary, multiple structural correspondences with existing physics, and a thermodynamic spine — but does not yet have a unified formalism or an axiom set. Writing the foundational paper now would risk producing either a draft requiring multiple full rewrites or a paper reviewed as "philosophy of physics with mathematical decoration." Seven stages are proposed: consolidation infrastructure (active and largely complete); the η(Φ) Thermodynamic Cost of Recoherence paper (first rigorous formal deliverable); the SIP-PHY mathematical lab book (retrospective audit terminating at the registered forks); the speculative Klein-surface multi-temporal cosmology paper; an internal formalism document; a derivation of one cross-domain correspondence from the formalism; and finally the foundational paper itself. Realistic timeline estimates are provided for each stage. The plan is updated when stages are completed, new intermediate deliverables are identified, forks are resolved, blockers emerge, or the end-state vision is refined.
