Description The SIP-PHY Glossary is a working reference document defining terms used across the SymbioMind SIP-PHY (physics) and SIP-CORE (operational) paper series. The glossary addresses the four-readers-four-papers problem: where a single term carries different meanings in plain English, in standard scientific usage, and in the GTRS-specific sense, the same text can be read three different ways by readers from different fields. The glossary closes that gap by distinguishing the three senses for each entry and flagging high-collision terms. Version 1.1 extends the original release (v1, 18 May 2026) with: a Dimensional Terms section clarifying the distinction between 4D Euclidean space, 4D Lorentzian spacetime, and 4D state space; promotion of "Klein surface" as the primary term with "Klein bottle" retained as a sub-entry exemplar; addition of Ecological Homeostasis (EH) as the foundational heuristic entry with reference to the Garden and Bronfenbrenner's ecological systems; addition of an IODE entry as operational methodology; addition of a Time entry referencing the registered foundational fork on the status of time; and cross-references throughout to the SIP-PHY Forks Register.
