A new version of holographic principle for (spherically symmetric) cosmology is proposed, which dictates that particle entropy within `cosmological apparent horizon' should not exceed gravitational entropy associated with the horizon. It is shown that, in standard big-bang cosmology, Universes of all spatial curvature are consistent with the new holography. It is also shown that string inflationary cosmology is also compatible with the new holography, provided smooth `graceful exit' mechanism is dynamically built in.
