Abstract
摘要： 目的 观察齐刺经筋疗法对膝骨性关节炎功能恢复的效果。 方法 选取2024年6月—2025年5月就诊于安徽中医药大学附属太和中医院的60例符合纳入标准的膝骨性关节炎患者，项目负责人将60例入选的患者编号输入微信微群组，按微分组方法将其分为2组，分别为齐刺经筋（观察组）和常规针灸（对照组），各30例，治疗2个疗程共20次。并对其疗效进行评价。 结果 治疗后，2组患者视觉模拟评分均明显降低（pppp 结论 齐刺经筋疗法能够有效地缓解疼痛、促进膝骨性关节炎患者功能恢复。
