This document establishes the formal statement of conceptual identity of the STT — Selector-Time Theory, an ontological framework developed by Izairton Oliveira de Vasconcelos to investigate the passage between possibility, admissibility, selection, stabilization, and the physical manifestation of reality. The STT distinguishes the Second Degree, the ontological domain of admissibility and selection, from the Third Degree, the physical-operational domain of observability, and from the Fourth Degree, the post-temporal domain of the LOG and ontological memory. Its distinctive core is represented by the chain Omegaₐdm -> tau -> chi* -> CAL -> gammachi* -> IRREV -> LOG -> Pi₃ -> O₃, which synthesizes the passage from admissible coherence to physical observable. This manifesto records the terminology, operators, regimes, and architecture proper to the STT as a public reference for the identity of the framework.
