The recent proposal of Weinberg that CP violation occurs through the exchange of charged Higgs bosons is examined in detail for gauge models with right-handed charged currents. We find that parity must be violated as well through the exchange of neutral Higgs bosons. In a five-quark model, this effect could be considerably bigger than that of the usual weak interaction, and should be looked for in ^' and ^'^0 as a test of this whole theoretical framework. Other interesting phenomena are the enhanced production of certain Higgs bosons and a value for the neutron electric dipole moment which is within experimental limits.
