Objective: Uterine torsion is defined as a rotation of the uterus exceeding 45° around its longitudinal axis. This study aims to present two cases of uterine torsion diagnosed during cesarean section. Material and Method: Two cases diagnosed with uterine torsion during cesarean section were evaluated. Results: In both cases, the fetuses were delivered through a transverse incision in the lower posterior uterine segment. The patients recovered well and were discharged home with their newborns. In the first case, a cesarean scar defect was observed during follow-up, whereas in the second case, the uterus showed complete recovery. Conclusion: The potential complications and long-term sequelae of a posterior hysterotomy scar in future pregnancies remain unclear.
