It has come to the attention of the publisher that the article Vatankhah S., Roodbari H., Rahimi R. and Oraee A. (2025), “Decoding organisational attractiveness: a fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making approach”. International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Vol. 37 No. 2 pp. 560–579, doi: Link to the cited article mistakenly reported an error in section 5.1 when referring to the inclusion criteria as 0.791; the correct version should read as follows and aligns with the value already shown in Table 4: “All remaining criteria met the inclusion criteria (i.e. α∼ ≥ 0.785) and were used as the basis for the categorisation”. Further, the Abstract mistakenly reports “5 criteria and 22 sub-criteria”; the correct version should read as follows and is reflected in the hierarchy and FAHP analysis: “This study identifies 5 criteria and 21 sub-criteria for OA, with job characteristics and person-job fit as most critical”. The article’s findings, theoretical contributions, and conclusions remain intact. The authors sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
