B3 completes the TUM framework by proving that the SU(2)xU(1) gauge structure, the scalar B-field, and the full Standard Model gauge group SU(3)xSU(2)xU(1) emerge as exact consequences of the 6D VQbit geometry and the Universal Generating Function G. We derive the discrete spectrum of the hyperfield, introduce the B-field as a scalar condensate, and establish a no-go theorem proving chiral fermions cannot be generated from scalars alone. This paper establishes the theoretical foundation for particle physics within TUM, linking directly to the computational results of TUM-B1 and TUM-B2. Trilogy complete: B1 (RG flow), B2 (Observables), B3 (Foundations).
