Six verified tests of the brane-bulk UHECR transport mechanism using all available public cosmic-ray and neutrino catalogs. Key results: (1) TA 72-event sump overdensity: 12 vs 2.76 expected, p=1.84×10−5, 4.1σ CORRECTED from 5.66σ; (2) Auger sump geometric blind spot confirmed (max Dec=+38.3°, 0/109 events); (3) IceCube HESE 7.5yr sump isotropy: 4/3.9 events (P=0.65); (4) KM3-230213A source geometry: all 12 candidate sources 84–88° from sump; (5) KM3 flux 3× above cosmogenic band ceiling; (6) Auger PAO100528 (83 EeV, 2010) at 4.3° from PKS 0605-085 — confirmed multi-messenger history of the KM3 source.
