Abstract - Nowadays, in the computerized nature of therecruiting market, an attractive formatted CV is notenough to successfully find a job. Job seekers should alsotake into consideration the perfect fit of their profiles tothe requisite role skills. This paper outlines an AI-drivenCV creating application which collaborates with anautomated job searching system to create the documentsand intelligently analyse the careers. The proposedsystem will utilize the Natural Language Processing(NLP) techniques to scan resume text, retrieve the required skills, and determine similarity scores with job-role databases which are structured. Jobs are suggested based on these results, as well as the abilities individualshould have and the percentage of match. The designminimizes human activities and gives an evidence-basedemployability outline and skill gaps. The experimentalevaluation indicates that the system enhances efficiencyin resume preparation and the profile matching with themarket requirements which makes it an effective systemin the development of resumes intelligently and inadvising careers.
