Abstract This paper provides a formal, autonomous mathematical proof establishing the absolute validity of the Riemann Hypothesis by demonstrating that all non-trivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function, ζ (s), are strictly confined to the critical line Re (s) = 1/2. Removing all exogenous phenomenological constructs, we internalize the distribution of prime numbers within the algebraic constraints of a non-commutative spectral triple \ ( (A, H, D) \) over a hyperfinite Von Neumann factor of Type II₁. First, the prime sequence is mapped as the discrete spectrum of a native, self-adjoint Hamiltonian operator governing the quantum-statistical states of a Bost-Connes dynamical system.
