Obesity following cancer treatment often cause various complications including lymphedema. In previous studies, obesity has been closely related with development of lymphedema. In spite of its importance in treating obesity, there has been lack of comprehensive medical approaches. Thus the authors tried to suggest the evidence based medical guidelines for obesity management. Based on previous results, clinical guidelines to treat obesity including diet, exercise, and behavioral strategies should be recommended.
