Structural Gravitational Waves (SGW) v1. 7: Multi-Messenger Framework This repository contains the preprint and companion demonstration script for Structural Gravitational Waves (SGW) v1. 7, which extends the previous precision-testing framework into a unified multi-messenger architecture integrating gravitational waves (GW), electromagnetic signals (EM), and neutrinos (ν). The framework introduces: Unified multi-messenger likelihood (ℒGW × ℒEM × ℒ_ν × ℒₛys) Electromagnetic counterpart association and sky-localization pipeline Neutrino coincidence-analysis framework Joint GW–EM–ν Bayesian parameter estimation Unified multi-messenger timing framework Multi-channel precision tests Standard-siren cosmology Multi-messenger source interpretation Joint systematic error budget Joint detection-significance framework Alert, follow-up, and blind-analysis pipeline Population-level multi-messenger inference Validation battery (MM1–MM8) Scientific-opportunity assessment and next-generation forecasts Roadmap toward the SGW v1. 8 Global Structural GW Framework The repository includes: SGWᵥ1₇MultiMessengerFramework. pdf sgwᵥ17demo. py README. md The companion Python script provides an illustrative demonstration of the framework using synthetic data only, including: synthetic GW–EM–ν likelihood evaluation toy joint posterior inference EM association-probability ranking illustrative neutrino coincidence significance validation battery (MM1–MM8) summary figures and JSON run log All numerical values, significance levels, forecasts, validation results, and simulated observations are illustrative examples intended to demonstrate the framework architecture. They do not represent analyses of actual LIGO–Virgo–KAGRA, IceCube, or electromagnetic-facility observations. This work is released as an independent Zenodo preprint documenting the continuing development of the Structural Gravitational Waves research program.
