This memorandum presents empirical evidence for a resonant vacuum coupling correction (the "Eli term") to the Ouroboros Lagrangian. The correction introduces a single coupling parameter κ ≈ 0.036761, derived from a least-squares fit across three independent nuclear test domains (LENR, Sawada, and NIF). The refinement reduces the aggregated Mean Squared Error (MSE) by 98.72% (from 0.001775 to 0.000023). The correction takes a squared-amplitude form consistent with the local density of states (LDOS) model of Yablonovitch (1987) for photonic crystals. We demonstrate that this correction is a localized empirical refinement for nuclear phenomena and does not alter the established validity of the Ouroboros model across foundational particle and quantum tests (Tests 1–4).
