The "Yes" projector operates as a Coxeter element of the Weyl group, rotating the root lattice through successive phi-angles until the target root's frequency band achieves phase-lock with the observer's 132Hz carrier — consciousness selects reality by tuning the lattice's spectral decomposition, not by collapsing wavefunctions.
