This case report describes the clinical course of a patient with imatinib/pazopanib-resistant dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans treated with trabectedin.
39歳，男性。15年前に発症した20×10 cm大の腰部腫瘤。初診時左肺転移あり。病変の一部に線維肉腫様の構造を認め，繊維肉腫様変化を伴う隆起性皮膚線維肉腫（FS-DFSP）と診断し原発および肺転移を切除。1年後に右肺転移が出現し切除。2年後に骨転移も出現した。
