summary Balance is an important aspect of athletic and occupational performance, in the elderly, and for injury rehabilitation, where use of a novel domed device can be incorporated to any well rounded program. The use of dynamic, non-dynamic, and core stabilization exercise enhance balance. This article offers exercises to improve balance that are applicable for any exercise professional.
