J.A. Abildskov

J.A. Abildskov works in Electrophysiology affiliated with University of Utah.

J.A. Abildskov was Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Utah School of Medicine and director of the Nora Eccles Harrison Cardiovascular Research and Training Institute from 1973 to 1994. He previously held faculty positions at Tulane University and the State University of New York Upstate Medical Center, and served as Chief of Cardiology at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. His primary research focused on the physiologic mechanisms of cardiac arrhythmias and electrocardiographic recognition of arrhythmia vulnerability.
