Scott Baldwin, MD, is Director of the Division of Pediatric Cardiology, Professor of Pediatrics and Cell and Developmental Biology, and holder of the Katrina Overall McDonald Chair in Pediatrics at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He serves as Co-Director of the Pediatric Heart Institute at Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt. His research centers on the molecular basis of vascular development in the mammalian embryo to understand congenital heart disease.
